Load Testing System
Computer-based test system with a PLC control core and high-speed data acquisition for steady-state, transient, continuous-operation and harmonic testing of generator sets.

Overview
The generator set testing system is computer-based with a PLC control core and a multi-functional high-speed data acquisition system. It performs generator and genset performance testing in accordance with GB/T 2820, GB/T 20136, GJB 1488 and ISO 8528, covering steady-state and transient performance, continuous operation and harmonics. Parameters, waveforms and curves are displayed dynamically in real time and all data can be printed and stored.
Applications
- Genset type approval and factory testing
- Standards compliance for steady-state and transient performance
- Harmonic analysis and unbalanced load testing
